Sam is the best in the business. I had a myserious tire leak after having new tires installed. Sam helped diagnose the entire problem. He walked me through everything and now I have no issues. Liz was also great in squeezing me into their busy schedule. I'm only going here from now on.
Sam is wonderful to work with. Diagnosis problems quickly, communicates well, excellent repairs, and always honest. Just a nice guy who does good honest work. I’ve brought my car to Advanced Auto for years, and I will continue to do so.
I had the best experience with Sam today! I was looking into buying a used car from a nearby dealership and in an abundance of caution decided to have Sam take a quick look at the car while on my test drive. Sam was so attentive, and so friendly, he immediately took a look at the car for me and was spot on with diagnosis! I loved his honesty, his expertise, and most of all diligence in helping me! I wish I caught the name of his desk assistant, she was equally kind and comforting. I can comfortably say this is a reliable establishment I feel most comfortable taking my car in for maintenance going forward! I’m SO happy I’ve stumbled upon this gem, and will definitely be using their services again as I embark on my used car buying journey!
I brought my 20 year old Audi to Advanced Auto Clinic on a recommendation from my brother. I'm glad I did. Sam and the whole team are friendly, professional, and diligent . My car needed quite a few things done, both repairs and preventative maintenance, on almost all systems. Everything was done well and quickly and my car is running and driving like it was when new. The cost for everything is fair and Sam saved me quite a bit of money with his diagnosis. I'm very happy with the work and treatment I received and will be a long term customer. Good place.
Update. Sam was able to fix a seized trunk lock/latch that is a major unfixable issue with my model Audi. This is due to lack of parts on Audi's side. I've been on Audi websites for two months trying to find a solution. Zero luck. Sam fixed it. I'm very happy with the customer service and workmanship at Advanced Auto Clinic and this is another step up. Highly Recommended!!
